Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT! Prescriptions will be sent to FDA approved pharmacies after an initial consultation with a board-certified doctor licensed in the state of Texas. Medical paperwork is required for prescriptions to be approved.
What locations do you ship to? We only ship in the United States within the state of TEXAS.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped? All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. We typically take 1-2 business days for processing the order. Orders are sent to FDA approved pharmacies and generally take 3-4 weeks for shipping. Depending on your location, you might receive the medication much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. What do I do if my order is lost in the mail? If your order happens to get lost in transit, or returned for any reason we will assist. Once the package leaves the FDA approved pharmacy the shipping services are out of our control. Please see our return policy for additional information.
Extended Delays. In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to resolve any issue that we have control over.
